If you are a Sugarhill property owner and would like to have a PDF of the Members Directory, this is the place to start. We are no longer leaving the list on this website behind a password because of further security reasons.

You can get the list by sending us a "Request for the Directory PDF" through the Contact Us page. The PDF consisting of Lot #, Names, Addresses and Phone Numbers and is available to all Sugarhill property owners as required by our By-Laws. By requesting this PDF through the contact page you will have the PDF sent to you through the email you submitted after we check to make sure you are an owner.

You can get a printout of the list by contacting any current Board member.

If you do NOT want to be listed in the directory, Florida Statute 720.303(1) allows you to revoke permission to be on a list available to the community that contains addresses, phone numbers and fax numbers.*

You may have your information removed from the list, or send updated information, or point out errors through the Contact Us page or by contacting any Board member.

Disclaimer: The directory is updated as we receive new information. It is possible listings may be out of date beyond our control. We do not list emails in the directory as they are not required in our By-Laws and we do not believe most members want their emails out on lists. We reccommend you call the person and request their email directly.

We catch more flies with honey than vinegar.

Who Want's to Catch Flies?

So this is a very old expression. Dates back to the 1500s. It's literal meaning refers to how flies will get stuck in honey and stay away from you (a good thing).

The human relationship meaning refers to how you treat people. Treat them with sweetness (kindness, compassion, consideration) and you don't have as many problems (flies bothering you). Treat them nasty (vinegar) and your problems will never go away.

We believe in this motto and try to live by it.
